Under the SP, the owner and DMSBS determine what level of support is
required to address the issues facing the business owner. Typically, that
results in an arrangement where DMSBS dedicates 16 hours, or so, per
month to the owner, over a course of six to twelve months. This insures
that changes made to the processes and procedures stick. Of course, the owner and DMSBS can make course corrections along the way.
